Hard to believe, but it is real! When you are in high position, you tend to save your ass, keep your mouth shut and exploit your subordinates. It is a pity... Hope that I remember this.
Trying to be consience all the time is hard. Many of our mistakes were caused by inconsiousness. We did something that we didn't realize, when we realized it, it has been too late. So, try to be consious all the time...
